You can reset your password using your initial password, which was printed on your academic confirmation.

To start the reset, please enter your ID and the initial password. After that an e-mail will be sent to you containing an authorization key and further instructions.

If you don't have your ID and/or your initial password at hand, you can get this data at the service center in the main building (Welfenschloss). Bring your student ID and a photo identification with you.
