reset password ?

You can reset your password using your initial password, which was printed on your academic confirmation.

To start the reset, please enter your ID and the initial password. After that an e-mail will be sent to you containing an authorization key and further instructions.

If you don't have your LUH-ID and/or your initial password at hand:

Students: If you forget your password, you can reset it to the initial password or obtain your student data sheet in person at the information desk in the ServiceCenter upon presentation of photo ID. Alternatively, please send an email to infothek@zuv.uni-hannover.de. To reset your password digitally, we require a signed copy of your ID and your LeibnizCard as a PDF file, which you should attach to the email.
