Using your initial password, which you can find e.g. on your student data sheet, you can reset your IdM password.
To start the reset, please enter your ID and the initial password. You will then receive an e-mail with an authorisation code and instructions on how to proceed.
If you no longer have your identifier and/or your initial password:
Students: If you have forgotten your password, you can have it reset to the initial password in person at the ServiceCenter infothek upon presentation of a photo ID, or receive your student data sheet. For a digital password reset, please send an e-mail to zugang64@zuv.uni-hannover.de
Staff: Please contact the IT Service Desk.
