Help:
This page shows you the services that are currently available.
A table first shows your existing accounts, and below that the services for which you can still apply for an account.
In the "IT service" column you will find general information about the service behind the link. In the "Login name" column you will find the account's user identifier and a link to further account-specific data. The "Status" column contains the account status. The following statuses are possible:
- active
- The account is active and can be used.
- inactive
- The account was deactivated by the user. For most services this means that login is no longer possible. In the case of an e-mail account, e-mails to this address are rejected. However, the mailbox can still be accessed.
- suspended
- The account was suspended by the service operator. As a rule, you will receive a message with the reason for the suspension and information on when it can be lifted again.
- closed
- The account can no longer be used and is not intended to be reactivated. An exception are the e-mail accounts taken over from Studserv: these were created in the IdM with the status "closed" and can be activated by the users themselves.
In the right-hand column you can make permitted status changes and, if applicable, Change password.
