If you have forgotten your password for the IdM but still have access to the initial password, you can reset your password yourself. To do so, click on the "Forgot password?" link on the start page and enter your LUH-ID and the initial password on the following page. After entering the data, the system sends you an e-mail with a confirmation code to the e-mail address stored in the IdM.
The e-mail contains a link that directs you to the reset page. After entering the LUH-ID and password again (only if you closed the browser in the meantime or too much time has passed) and a confirmation, you can assign a new password for the IdM system. You are then logged in to the system.
The changed password is also valid for the online portal after a few minutes.
Please note:
If you no longer have the initial password, the password can be reset at the Service Center (main building, Lichthof). Please bring your student ID card and a photo ID.
