Help:
After entering your e-mail address in the previous menu item, the system automatically sent an e-mail with a confirmation code to the e-mail address you entered.
If you have not received an e-mail, please check the e-mail address. If you made a mistake when entering it, you can correct the entry by switching to the menu item 1. Providing a valid e-mail address changing the e-mail address and clicking "Send" again. You will then receive a new e-mail with the confirmation code and will automatically be directed to menu item 2 "Confirming the e-mail address".
Also check your mailbox: Has the e-mail landed in the spam folder? Or have you exceeded your storage quota?
If you accidentally deleted the e-mail with the confirmation code, proceed as above and have the code sent to you again. However, sending it repeatedly to the same e-mail address is only allowed after a period of 5 minutes.
In the e-mail you will find a link with which you can confirm your e-mail address. If the link does not work correctly, you can copy the code manually into the "Confirmation code" input field.
The 17-character code consisting of digits and letters can be found in the e-mail below the link. If you confirm your e-mail address via the link, you no longer need to enter the code — you can simply press the "Send" button and will be taken to menu item 3. Changing the initial password.
